Common Questions
All dogs must be current on rabies, distemper, and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccines. Proof of vaccination is required at registration.
Puppies aged 16 weeks and older (after full vaccination course) are welcome. We have a dedicated puppy zone for safe early socialisation.
Our trained staff supervise all play areas, but we ask owners to remain on-site and attentive during their dog's visit.
Yes, our pools are filtered, treated, and fully cleaned daily. Water quality is tested regularly to ensure a safe swimming environment.
